Wedding Layout by Yasmin Tölche

Hello Everyone, it's Yasmin on the blog today and I have a layout to share with you, and I also made a video tutorial!

I've used loads of different types of Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and seambinding ribbon. I also misted and colored them to fit the color I wanted.

I wanted to create a wedding layout with some of the photos from my own wedding. These photos are very special to me because I don't have many. The Wild Orchid Crafts flowers are a perfect fit for my layout. If you would like to see how I created this layout please watch the video below.

These are the products used on my project:

Thank you so much for stopping by our blog today! :)

Sisters - Layout by Yasmin Tölche

Hello all Wild Ochid fans! It's Yasmin here today on the blog and I have a layout to share with you.

These are my sisters, way back when I was young.. hahaha.. Well.. The picture is about 15-16years old I guess and just a fun memory to scrapbook, because that's what it's all about isn't it?

So I did a bit of mixed media on the background like adding modeling paste, mists and some stamping. I embellished with lovely Wild Orchid Flowers and some other items. I kept the colors in purple, torquoise and grey. Love this combination.

I used some of the white open roses and some Pretty Flori - Anemone flowers and adding a soda can opener just for fun.

I added some large magnolias, anemone and roses to my project. The flowers are really good quality flowers and perfect for any project.

Flowers used on my project:

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a great creative day! :)

Valentine`s Day

Hello everyone :)
Today I would like to show you a Valentine`s Day set.

I decorated a frame with the picture of the happy couple. I used gorgeous lilies, tea roses, apple blossoms and my favourite sweet little roses. When I make delicate, shabby works, I remove green leaves from the bottom of little roses.

I also made a box for some chocolates and decorated it.

The whole set looks like this:

Paint with all the colors of the wind

Hello everybody,

Today I have an older project to show you that I hadn't shown on the Wild Orchid Crafts blog yet.
I decorated this cigar box with Wyanet by Wee Stamps as the main inspiration. I decided right away that I wanted to use feathers so I bought some of those at a local store that sells a lot for making real flower arrangements but of course I didn't want to use real flowers on my box as I wanted it to last so I used pretty Wild Orchid Flowers in stead. Since the feathers were brownish I decided to match that with Deep Red and white flowers. I thought the deep red was the perfect combination with the brownish tones of the feathers.
This is a side view of the box.

Hope you like my box and get inspired to do some crafting of your own!
Hugs,

Wild Orchid Crafts materials used:
Deep Red Cherry Blossom Flowers
Deep Red Open Roses 15mm
Deep Red Rosebuds 6mm
White Sweetheart Blossom Flowers
White Trellis Roses 35mm
White (from set of Mixed) Tea Roses 25mm

For you...

Good morning to you all :)

Today I like to show you what is called a "Magic Card". Not sure why it´s called that, but that is the common name of it. I´ve used papers from Maja Design and dies from Spellbinders. Punches are from Martha Stewart and stamp from Saturated Canary(I think), coloured with Copic Markers.

Wild Orchid Crafts products: Paper Doilies, Open Roses, Sweetheart Blossoms and Tea Roses.

Hugs, Elsi♥
