Baby Fairy Ladybug in Pinks :0)

Good morning today I am going for bright and cheery and not using many flowers here is my card featuring a gorgeous new image from Mo's Digital Pencil she is called Baby Fairy Ladybug and she is just so cute you want to pinch them cheeks of hers...

I think she is so cute, I have coloured her with copics and a touch of white pen I have added liquid pearls and stardust to and around my image, I have kept it nice and simple as she is for my niece...

The papers are Prima Believe and I have added some Cosmos Daisies and some Wild Roses, the gems was a gift from a gorgeous friend all the way from New York...

Here's a card I made using some soft subtle colors. I haven't used a Classic Rose in a while. I love the elegant look they give your card. Today I like to show you my challengecard for this week, inspired by the sun :) I have used Spellbinders Resplendent Rectangles for all layers on my card. Papers are from My Minds Eye and text from Kort og Godt.

All embellishment are from Wild Orchid Crafts: Self Adhesive Pearls, Carnations, 20mm Open Roses,15mm Open Roses og Mulberry Paper Leaves.

Jewelry box with Rosetta

Hi everybody!!!

Today I want to show you the project I created as inspiration for the current challenge at Wild Orchid Challenges, the theme is Sunshine, use the sun as inspiration and this is the project I made with that theme in mind:

The gorgeous image I used is Rosetta by Wee Stamps (available as a digital image HERE and as a rubber stamp HERE). I decided to use the bright colors of the sun as inspiration and to use some sunflowers at the same time. The stunning papers that I used are Basic Grey Picadilly (mostly the 6x6 paper pad but also some 12x12 papers) combined with orange and kraft colored cardstock. The gorgeous golden pearls are Flourishes with a Bling Antique Gold Chloe pearls. Everything was hand-stitched and I used some platinum Stickles.

The gorgeous flowers by Wild Orchid Crafts are:

White and Orange chrysanthemums
Yellow Mulberry Paper Open Roses 25 mm (I colored the edges a bit with the colors I used on the roses in the image)
Orange Mulberry Paper Open Roses 25 mm
Golden Yellow Mulberry Paper Open Roses 15 mm (again with the edges colored a bit)
Orange Mulberry Paper Open Roses 15 mm
Orange Mulberry Paper Cherry Blossom
White Aster Daisy Stem Flowers

A close up of gorgeous Rosetta. The white dots are white Liquid Pearls and the wings have a layer of Diamond Stickles on them.

A side view to see the dimension in the image better. The inside of the box was painted white, the outside got an extra layer of Tim Holtz Distress Paint Frayed Burlap, I also used the Frayed Burlap ink to distress the edges of the papers and image.

And the inside of the box. Flowers used on the mirror are:

White and Orange chrysanthemums

White Aster Daisy Stem Flowers

Yellow and Orange Cherry Blossom Flowers

Sweetheart Blossom Flowers (not sure of the color, these exact ones seem to be out of stock)

Teddy Cooking

Good morning today I am sharing a Wild Rose Studio stamp with you where have I been are these just gorgeous, my list is huuuge, this is "Teddy Cooking" so cute....

I stamped him using Coco Ink and coloured him with a mix of markers, I have added liquid pearls and stardust to and around the image, I have used MMEOxford Lane Papers and distressed all the edges with tea dye and scissors...

I have added a Butterfly and a Heart and stamped my sentiment on it I added the name with stickers, I have added some Enamel Dots,  I have not decorated the inside as it is for a member of staff so they all need to sign it I shall add some paper for them to sigh, I have added  30mm Wild Roses, Fabric Daisy and 10mm Open Roses...

I just love this Teresa Collins paper pad. It's so fresh and and very girly! I just had to use this Lili of the Valley image - Saucer of Milk. I just love these adorable images. They are so much fun to color.

 I have used some beautiful flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts. I just love these pale peach color that Wild Orchid Crafts. It's one of my favorites.

Flower Fairy Slip Cover Box

Hello everybody,

You probably already know that the current challenge over at the Wild Orchid Crafts Challenge blog is "3 or more different types of flowers". Since the WOC flower selection holds a wide range of different flowers the challenge is not that difficult and you still have a few days to enter. This is the project I created as a sample for this challenge:

The adorable fairy is one of the Flower Fairies by Wee Stamps (available as digital images HERE and as rubber stamps HERE) and this isn't a card but a Slip Cover box. I think these boxes are perfect for little gifts.

Good afternoon everyone I am a little late with posting today as I am chilling out we have a new fur baby and she is such a little time waster but so much fun, today I am using Daisy she can be found HERE...

I have coloured her with markers and added some whit highlights, I have gone around the image with stardust and liquid pearls and added some glossy accents to her shoes, the papers are scraps and have all been torn and distressed...

My flowers are Trellis Roses, Wild Roses, Cosmos Daisies, Aster Daises, Cherry Blossoms, Heather's and Hip Rosebuds, I have added some scrap lace and a LOTV Sentiment and of course a Butterfly, I have as always decorated the inside to compliment the front...

Bright Summer Card!

I have a card to share with you today. The one thing I love about this card is the bright cheerful yellow gingham ribbon! I think it's my favorite part of the card. The yellow roses match it perfectly and it's such a perfect time .. almost Summer. For me, that is.

Hello everybody!

My name is Mariska van der Veer, I'm from The Netherlands and this is my first time to post to the Wild Orchid Crafts blog and I'm SO excited! I hope it's OK if I first say a very big thank you to Wild Orchid Crafts and Bev Rochester for having me on their team! It really is a dream come true since I have loved your products ever since I first found your store! As a first project I wanted to show you this card I created with "Love you slow much" by Wee Stamps.

The gorgeous Wild Orchid Crafts products that I used on this card are Purple Mulberry Paper Open Roses 25mm, Floral Foundations Purple/Lilac Tone Mulberry Paper Cherry Blossom Flowers, Off-White Mulberry Paper Trellis Roses 35mm.

The paper I used is Plumeria by Basic Grey, the sentiment is from the Thank You Tabs 1 set by Whimsy Stamps (where you can also find the Wee Stamps in rubber). The stitches have been done by hand and the image was colored with Copic Markers and completely 3D paper pieced (something I always do to the images I work with).

These are the little pieces the image was made of.
