Pink heartshaped card

A heartshaped card from me today :) I have shown you a similar before, but this one is for a confirmand and made on order. The shape of the card is made with Spellbinder dies. Texts are from Kort og Godt and stemped with white StazOn on acetat. Paper from Maja Design. Loads of gorgeous Wild Orchid Flowers on this one: 10mm Open Roses, 15mm Open Roses, 20mm Open Roses, Cherry Blossoms, 25mm Wild Rose and a few pink Self Adhesive Rhinestones too.

A Little Shabby Chic!

 

I have done something a little different today! I found a wonderful tutorial on THIS blog and gave it a go.

This little sweetie is called "Dandelion Clock"  and can be found at the Lili of the Valley shop.  I colored her with copics and hit a few spots with Prisma pencils to bring out more depth.  Her wings have Stardust stickles and so do the Dandelions.

Check out the white acrylic paint on the flowers.  I then added some Stardust Stickles to this also.  The flowers I used are:

Pink Gardenia, 20mm Blue Open Roses, 6mm Pink Rose Buds, White Aster Daisies, and Stamens  all from WILD ORCHID CRAFTS!

I added Picket Fence White Crackle Paint to the Decorative Metal Corners from Wild Orchid.  I like how a little fell off and it shows the silver, very chic! haha!

How Luscious Is Brown and Peach??

Happy Tuesday and a very splendid week to everyone!!



Gosh it is such a joy to make a card just for the joy of making a card! This is one of those cards!!! And nothing is more pleasant than using WOC offerings on such a card! The base and all matting is Bazzill and the DP is from the Summer Breeze Paper Pad by First Edition. The image is a cutie Tilda colored with Copics and a touch of Stickles and cut out with triple oval Nesties. The base of the floral arrangement is made with the Magnolia Doohickey Swirls Die.

The floral arrangement is ALL by Wild Orchid Crafts in the yummiest shades of browns and peaches: 40mm Trellis Rose, 25mm Open Roses, 20mm Open Roses, 15mm Open Roses, and Aster Daisies. The Heart Shaped Pins, Peach Self-Adhesive Pearls, and lovely Guipure Lace are also from WOC.

How sweet is this image!  The only difference between that image and me with my dogs is that with having 7 they get to sit on the sofa and I get to sit on the floor lol.

Hi there :) I have made an easel-card on order, for a girl that loves pink :) The shape of the card is made with GoKreate dies. They match perfectly with Labels 17 from Spellbinders :) Papers are from Poppy Design. The girl is from KennyK and I colored her with Copics. Texts are from Stempelglede and Kort og Godt. A Pink Sunset!

Hello Everyone! I have a card to share today. I love the lace around the border. Sometimes this really thick lace can be hard or intimidating to use since it's so thick. When you bunch it up behind your image or layer it really makes a nice border.

Day Dreaming

Hi Everyone! I hope you all are having an amazing week!  Mine couldn't get better....today is my VERY LAST day of exams at school and then I graduate on Saturday!  I never thought this day would come! :)

Today I am sharing my Day Dreaming card with you all!  The jewels in the corners of the card are found at Wild Orchid Crafts and are the fabulousself adhesive rhinestones that come in MANY different colors!  The stunning lace is also from WOC...have you checked out the amazing selection of lace at the store?

Classic Colour Roses

Hi there, I thought I would share a card made using the new Classic Colour range of roses

I spritzed the flowers with pearl mist, dabbed an inked sponge on the edges (walnut stain), applied Glossy Accents to the edges then dunked them in Twinklets.  Who says Twinklets are just for Christmas lol.  And that gorgeous little gold butterfly – it’s from Wild Orchid Crafts, love it!

Birthday Parade

Today I've made a Paper-Bag Card, using lots of georgeous flowers from

I got this very cute and fun collection of stamps from Crafters Companion, and I immedately fell in love with those cute mice and the great additions stamps :)

The stamps where all masked together, to make a scene reminding me of our National Day here in Norway - May 17th, when we're all marching and shouting "Hurray" :)

Another purple card :)

I have another purple card to show you today :) This is a card made for a confirmand, and ordered by a friend :) The mother of the confirmand wanted this special image on the card and also the color purple. She was very happy, and that makes me smile :)

The image is found on the internet a long time ago and I have no idea where it is from....sorry. Papers from Maja Design and text from Kort og Godt. Wild Orchid Crafts had just the right embellishments for my card! Beautiful purple 25mm organza Ribbon, purple Self Adhesive Rhinestones, 15mm Open Roses and 20mm Open Roses in just the right shades to match my papers :)
