I used flowers in bright colors to decorate it.

I love Paper Doilies!!!

 Crazy for Doilies!

I've been doily crazy lately! I want to put them on everything. Sometimes it's so much easier than a die or a punch. This image was to big to mount one doily behind it. So I used 2 and cut them in half to create the border. I've also used WOC Bakers Twine and brown satin ribbon.

A Fairy dark card ...

I have made a dark card I wanted to share today. I've used a lot of the grey products
Wild Orchid Crafts carries. I just love the way this card came out. I think the wooden accents are a perfect touch. I love the wooden button against the back and grey accents of the card.

Good morning!

June is passing by in a really fast pace and it’s this weekend it was the best holiday in Sweden: Midsummer! I LOVE the summer with all the flowers, sun, vacation and baths! And since Sweden is the most beautiful country in the world, it’s even more to love about the summer. :)

In Sweden is it broad daylight 24 hours a day in summertime, pretty cool. :) In the northern part, the sun never sets so you can lay on the beach in the middle of the night and take a sunbath.

I have eaten a lot of herring and strawberries, having  cold vodka shots, enjoyed the young potatoes, making our selfs a maypole and had the best company!

Before I show you a layout with yours truly on it, I will show you a traditional maypole from Sweden. We make it out of birch branches and a lot of flowers. The kids dance around it and we girls like to have matching wreath of flowers in our hair. :)
