White Notecard!

I remembered that I made this card a few weeks ago after I got my DT kit from Wild Orchid Crafts. I just wanted to do a very small card in all white featuring the pretty flowers. It didn't take very long. I am having such a great time playing with all these gorgeous accessories!  The pretty flowers can dress up a card so easily.

Card Recipe:

Stamps: Longing Tilda
Inks: Distressed Inks
Embellies: Stickles
Tools: MS Monarch Butterfly, MS Layered Arches Border Punch, Nestie, Cuddlebug folder Floral Fantasy, MS Pine Branch Punch

Fairy Card with colours of blue, grey & beige

Hi everybody!

Thought I would share another card with you here today :)
I made a card (almost) all in blue (inspired by a card I saw my amazing DT fellow Jacqui did some time ago) using some of the georgeous WOC flowers :)

I've stamped the LOTV image "Bouquet" with Archival Ink - Coffee on aquarellpaper 200g, and coloured it with Distress Ink - refills, mainly in the coloures of Stormy Sky/Shipped Saffire and Tumbled Glass.
The crown and the middle of the flowers have got some rainbow glitter on :)
I've mounted the image by cutting some of the wings out with a scalpell, before I used a Spellbinders - Nesting Classic Oval to cut out the rest, and glued it to a panel of blue shimmer blue Bazzill cardstock, made by using Spellbinders - Labels 10. The frame around the card are made by using the Embroidered Floral punch set from Martha Stewart.
The PP is from Magnolia's Collection - Something Old, Something New called "Something Blue", and Maja Design's Crea Diem Collection called "Av Hela Mitt Hjärta".
I've embellished the card using georgeous flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts - Wild Roses 30 mm (coffee), Paper Roses 15 mm (blue), Rosebuds 4 mm (blue) & Gypsophilias (white), some of them have got some sparkle by adding rainbow glitter.
The rose leaf is made by using a MS punch.
I've also used some beautiful rhinestones and pearls from Storyteller, lace, charm & pearl spritz from Kuttut, and ribbon from Papirloftet. The stamped text is from Kort & Godt.

Thank you for visiting - have a lovely Sunday!
Hugs, Lena Katrine

Flowers and Sunshine

Hello Everyone~

Hope you are having a wonderful week so far!  I'm at CHA and it is awesome...however I got a migraine at the end of day one so that hasn't been the greatest...hoping the headache goes away REAL fast!  Today I have a fun summery card to share with you all and what goes better with summer than flowers! :)
For my card I have used this new cutie from the WOJ Summer Store Stamp Kit.  Papers are Cosmo Cricket from the DeLovely collection and have been stickalized with star dust stickles. .
Flower are from the famous, Wild Orchid Crafts.  This first arrangement uses the Daffodils and 6mm closed rosebuds.
The bottom arrangement was made with 35mm Large 2-colored Wild Rose, another Daffodil, and some 15mm yellow roses that I took my Copic ABS and airbrushed to match the large wild rose being 2 colors.

I hope you like this fun bright colored card!

Flower Cluster Tutorial

IMG_6250
Gather your Wild Orchid Craft Flowers and lay them in the places you want them to be, with all of the stems going the same way.
IMG_6252
Twist them all together, one at a time. Here I added another flower, you cant have enough of them!

Here’s the back.

Here’s a smaller cluster I made for the same card.

I tucked the stems behind the image and taped them down.

Here’s the card. You may have to add a little piece of double sided tape to the large flowers just to keep it a little sturdier.

Princess Flowery Fun

Hi Friends~  I hope you are all having a wonderful week!  I have a fun flowery card to share with you today!  I hope you enjoy!  I'm getting ready to head to CHA here in the US...I'm so looking forward to it...it's my first time going!
Today's card features a new Kraftin' Kimmie stamp and Kaisercraft papers.  This princess has been colored with Copics.
Flowers of course are from Wild Orchid Crafts and are a fun mixture.  The large 35mm Wild Rose started off white and I airbrushed it with my Copic ABS again using the colors from Swan Princess' dress.  The 20mm roses are from the Purple/Lilac Floral Foundations pack.  The small roses are 10mm white roses that also have been airbrushed.  To finish off the flower collection is a white Gladioli Stem that too has been airbrushed and then had star dust stickles added to it for some bling!
