Button, button, who's got the button?

Hello there, I made a card using a ton of buttons. I've never done this before and saw a scrapbook page on pinterest and loved te way it looked.... so I gave it a shot. You can get buttons galore in the Wild Orchid Crafts store. I just love all the colors. Of course I also had to use some adorable flowers, which are all listed below.

I hope you are all leaving here feeling inspired. :)
Have a great week!

hugs, Mindy

Christmas Times-A Coming!!!

And Wild Orchid Crafts is THE place for all things HOLIDAY!!!

Happy Friday and we are so happy that you have dropped by to see what's happening at WOC!!! We hope you have had a delightful week and are prepared for a magnificent weekend.

For my card, I used Bazzill for the base and all double matting and the DP is all Magnolia. I used a sweet image from Magnolia's new collection and colored it with Copics and Promarkers, adding a touch of MS Glitter and Star Dust Stickles. And everythng else is from the marvelous selections over at WOC. For the horizontal I used a 1" Organza Ribbon topped with White Insertion Anglaise Lace and tied into a double flat bow to dangle 3 Miniature Gold Decorative Bells. To add a bit of interest I used a diecut from the Holly Flourish by Cheery Lynn and added some small Self Adhesive Pearls colored with Copics for the berries. The floral treatment is all from Wild Orchid Crafts: 1 3/8" Trellis Rose, Carnations from the Mixed Christmas Color Pack, and Sweetheart Blossoms resting on Holly Leaves. Finally I added more Pearls to soften some corners. For additional information and to have a peek at the inside which is MORE WOC please visit my blog.

We hope to see you again real soon!! Hugs from Jacque!!

Christmas Fun with Wild Orchid Crafts!!!!

Happy Friday everyone!! We are so happy that you have dropped by and hope you will come by each day to see the amazing ways that the WOC products can be used.

This is a card that I made for the 4th Issue of the Whimsy Stamps Inspirations Magazine and Wild Orchid Crafts had a major role in the issue this month!!!! The base and all matting is Bazzill and the DP is from Best Creations Merry Christmas collection. The image is Mr & Mrs Teddy Claus by Whimsy Stamps and was colored with Copics and Promarkers, adding a bit of Liquid Applique for the fur. The outline of the image was done with 100 Grit Green German Glass Glitter. The bow is 1 1/4" Red Silk Ribbon anchoring a couple of Miniature Silver Ringing Bells dangling on 1/4" Red Satin Ribbon. For the horizontal I used some WOC Lace and the floral treatment is Small Red Poinsettias centered with Small Moonstone Brads resting on Holly Leaves.

We hope you have enjoyed your visit and will check out the ever-growing number of lovelies at Wild Orchid Crafts!! Until the next time....Hugs from Jacque!!

Spring is in the air

Happy Tuesday Wild Orchid Friends!  I hope you are all having a fabulous week!  Today I want to share the post it note holder that I have made :)

You can find the tutorial here.  I've used the Cameo Rose SCACD stamp.  Paperes are from MME Stella Rose Hattie collection.
On the upper panel I've used the gorgeous Wild Orchid Craft ivory daisy chain lace.  In the bottom right hand corner you will see a silver metal corner filigree.  I absolutely LOVE these...they add the perfect vintage feel to the card and are light weight.
The Wild Orchid flowers arrangement consists of a Classic Sweet Rose, 25mm Hybrid Tea Roses (that were airbrushed to match my blues), 15mm roses, Hip Rosebuds, 4mm Closed Rosebuds, and Pearl Sprays.
Here you can see the holder where the post it note pad will go.  I've used  15mm roses4mm Closed Rosebuds, and Pearl Sprays to accent the bottom.  I hope you've enjoyed my project!
