A vintage Christmas card, and a quick one at that, to share today
I started off with the burlap patterned paper which didn’t look very Christmassy – so I heat embossed some white snowflakes on it and voila! It’s Christmas. I used a Crealies stacking die for the second layer, using the same embossed paper, and I edged the paper with Stickles to give a bit more definitiion. I love how the white pops on this card.
I pulled the centres out of the small poinsettie, pulled them apart and rearranged them then applied Stickles to the centres instead of the original stamens.
A fair few die cuts, also in white, later and a super quick Christmas card. Love how this one turned out.
The image is from a sheet of vintage images from Live Love Crafts – these are perfect for quick cards.
