Vintage Fun!

Happy Monday Friends!  I hope your week is off to a great start!  Today I have some vintage fun to share with you:
This card was made using LOTS of Wild Orchid Crafts goodness!  I love the vintage look of this Guipure Lace, it adds such elegance to any card.
Image leaves have been accented with 100 grit Kelly Green German Glass Glitter!  I absolutely LOVE the sparkle and glitz this glitter adds, it's definitely the best glitter on the market!  I can see using this glitter to accent Christmas Trees.  3mm Self Adhesive Pearls from the Green Collection were added to the dragonflies.
The bow was made using some fabulous Chocolate Brown Raffia Ribbon and then topped off with a 15mm Rose.
Wild Orchid Crafts flower arrangement was using a 35mm Trellis Rose, 30mm Wild Rose, 25mm Rose, 15mm Roses, and Gypsophilas in white and pink.
I hope you have enjoyed my vintage fun!  Have a wonderful week!

Christmas Portfolio

Happy Day everyone and welcome to the WOC Blog today!! We are so happy to see you and hope you will come back often to check on the many ways you can use the lovely products from Wild Orchid Crafts. On your trip to the shop be sure to check out all of the magnificent goodies in the Christmas Crafts section!!!

Today I am showing you a little Christmas Portfolio I made to keep all of those holiday tags, calendars, notes, and journal close at hand in the holiday rush. This is the outside and you can see that I used a couple of those beautiful Large Red Poinsettias resting on Holly Leaves and the portfolio is tied closed with Red Silk Ribbon.

On the inside I used so many of the splendid WOC products: More Poinsettias and Holly Leaves, Red Organza Ribbon, 1/4" Red Satin Ribbon, Wooden Christmas Tree, and Jute String. For additional information about the size of this project and a very easy how-to, please visit me HERE.

You will notice on the WOC Web Site that if something is sold out, there is an option of asking that you be contacted when the item is back in stock!!!

Thanks for your visit to us today and we hope you will come back often! Until the next time, big hugs from Jacque!

A Frame Card!

Willd Orchid Crafts has a very nice selection of purple flowers.  For this card I chose to use the darkest version of purple called Plum.   My card is called a Frame Card and this little gal is colored with copics and my papers are Bo Bunny!  If you look closely you will see I used the new Postal stamps from Lili of the Valley.  They are so adorable!

I added lots of snow with my Snow Tex pen on the fence and trees.  I used two tone cherry blossoms, 15mm Plum open roses5mm Plum closed rosebuds, white guipure lace and vintage seam binding all from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I thought in this direction you could see the dimension of the card a little better.

Thank you again for visiting the Wild Orchid Crafts Blog!

Have a wonderful day!

Hugs, Dena
