When spring awakes

Hello dear Wild Orchid Crafts friends!

It's Aleksandra again with you today and I'm back with my new project for you, to get you inspired and to get your crafting mojo on. :)

I have to tell you I can not wait for the spring to come. I so much enjoy the warmth of the first spring sunshine, the smell and colorful play of the blossoming flowers, the joyous singing of birds, the nature bursting and awakening in all her glory. Are you the same? This off the page project - box with a blossoming birdcage, took me on the springtime walk for a moment. I enjoyed it so much and I hope you will too.

"Be happy today" card

I'm sharing with you today a shabby chic card where I mixed flowers and shells for a fresh summer vibe. I mainly used white flowers that I coloured with watercolours. I simply add a drop or two of paint in the center of the flowers then sprayed water to create a soft look. See you soon!

Today I want to show my challenge card for this week, Wild Orchid Challenge - Blue, birds and buttons :-) The motif is a card topper from Wee Stamps. I´ve used papers from Maja Design and stamp from Kort og Godt. Opulent Ovals are from Spellbinders and the oval punch from Stampin Up.

Christmas Basket

Hi there Wild Orchid Crafting friends!

I just wanted to share a basket that I had made with lots of gorgeous Wild Orchid Crafts embellies....

On the top of the handle you can see white poppies, cherry blossoms and double ended red berries,

On the front of the basket, there are more poppies, cherry blossoms and Holly berries, along with an amazing Large Flat Gardenia and deep red Aster Daisies, with a large 1" silver organza bow to finish.

There are heaps of amazing goodies in the Wild Orchid Crafts store just waiting to adorn your Christmas crafts.

Happy November WOC Friends!  WOW it's hard to believe Christmas is right around the corner!  Today I have a couple fun cards to share with you!

Wild Orchid Crafts flower arrangement consists of a 45mm Curly Wild Rose, Lilies, Poppies, Sweetheart Blossoms, 15mm Roses, Gypsophilas, 8mm Semi-opened Rosebud, and 5mm Rosebuds.  Flowers have been gliterized with Ice Stickles.

Flower arrangement is made using Wild Orchid Crafts and consists of a 30mm Wild Rose, 25mm Roses, Sweetheart Blossoms, Gyposophilas, and 8mm Semi-opened Rosebuds.  Flowers have been gliterized with Diamond Stickles.

A purple birthdaycard

I have a purple birthdaycard to show you today. Papers are from Papir Design, picture from Pion design and stamps from Kort og Godt. The card is made with GoKreate dies. On the edge of the motif I have glued on gorgeous German Glass Glitter in purple. Looks sooooo yummi! Organza Ribbon, Poppy Flowers, Tea Rose and brand new Lilies are also fromWild Orchid Crafts.

Summer - Where did it go?

Good Morning Sweet People!

The kids are getting ready for school again on Monday, so the Summer must be over soon...

But where did the Summer go?

We mostly had rain and wind all Summer here in Norway, so I thought I'd go a bit back, and show you some Summery cards - cards filled with happy colours, cute images and lots of flowers :)

Purple, Pink and Pearls

Happy Friday, and am I ever glad it’s Friday lol.  Mindy is hosting this week’s Just Magnolia and hAnglar & sTanglar challenge which is Purple, Pink and Pearls and here’s my contribution.

The gorgeous flowers and satin ribbon are from Wild Orchid Crafts – I used trellis roses, poppies, 20mm roses, 15mm roses, 4mm rose buds and tulips.  The corner metal embellishment got the heat embossing treatment (love the glossy look this gives) and then I dotted pearls around as I couldn’t get one of those pearl swirly things to sit right on the card.  The button and Divine Twine is also from WOC natch.

 

I have no idea at all what colours I used to colour the image, I was in the midst of getting 8 samples and 6 magazine cards done this week when I stopped to get this card and yesterday’s LOTV card done and there were Copics and pencils everywhere lol.

Fairy and Her Friend

Today I am sharing an SCACD fairy and showcasing some more of these stunning NEW Classic Colour Roses from Wild Orchid!  3mm Self adhesive rhinestones have been added to the punched border on the right hand side of the card.

Flower arrangement consists of a 40mm Walnut Trellis Rose, 25mm Moss Green Roses, Poppies, 10mm Walnut Roses, 4mm closed rosebuds, NEW Sweetheart Blossoms, Gypsophilas, 35mm Hydrangeas, and a crystal stem.
