A pile of presents with berries, pine cones and holly leaves
A while back Wild Orchid Crafts introduced various gorgeous Christmas berry sprays and my favorite right away was the one with red Christmas Berries, pine cones and holly leaves. Today I'd like to share a card that I made with just one of these gorgeous sprays.
The image is by Lili of the Valley and is called Pile of Presents. The paper that I used are old ones by Basic Grey and I thought they matched the spray perfectly.
A close up of the image. I colored the image again to match the pretty spray and the gorgeous red open roses.
And a close up of the berries, leaves and pine cones. As I mentioned I only used one of these sprays, I even have some berries left. I thought I'd explain how I used the spray. I removed the tape with which the leaves, berries and pine cones are attached to each other, cut of a bit of the excess stamens and slipped the stamens under the image that I glued on the card base with thick 3D glue (the glue was of course still wet when I did this). With a little syringe I added a bit more glue underneath the pine cones and the berries but I'm pretty sure they would have stuck in place without that drop of glue ones the 3D glue had completely dried.
I hope you like my Christmas card and love these gorgeous sprays as much as I do. Have a great day everybody!
Hugs,

Today I want to show you an exploding box with lots of beautiful flowers and butterflies.
I used beautiful lilies and tea roses and added lots of sweet tiny rosebuds. I tried to create a little garden inside of the box.

Ice Skating
Hi there, here’s another Christmas card, my card stash is stacking up nicely this year.
.And I used some delicious goodies from Wild Orchid Crafts. Isn’t that corner from the mixed metal embellishments just sublime? I tarted it up a bit with a vintage cabochon Copenhagen, and added a snowflake from the metal Christmas embellishments set. And then I used a magnolia (still my favourite flower), some lilies and open roses (15mm) and finished off with some pearls.
The natural cotton lace is also from WOC.

Wedding anniversary card
Today I'd like to show you a card I made over the weekend for a 25 year wedding anniversary we went to. I didn't have a lot of time to craft the past week so it's a simple card but I hope you like it anyway.
The cute image I used is one of the Flower Fairies by Wee Stamps. I made a computer generated sentiment, added a bit of stitching to make it stand out a bit more and added some gorgeous flowers. A few die cuts here and there and that's it really. A very simple card to put some money in.
And a picture of the gorgeous flowers by Wild Orchid Crafts.
Have a great day everybody!

Hi there, here’s another Christmas card.
The rhinestones, seam binding and flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The flowers are wild rose, open roses 15mm. I got a bit carried away with the rhinestones and dotted them amongst the flowers for an extra bit of sparkle
Love the dimension of the double bow.

A box of flower bulbs
Today I'd like to show a little gift I made for my mum. It's a little milk carton like box with a holder (from a template that I purchased) filled with flower bulbs.
And here you can see the two separated. As you can see part of the flowers are attached to the holder and part are attached to the milk carton.
Put back together they form a gorgeous flowery corner to the box. Perfect I think for a box with flower bulbs!
And finally a close up of those pretty flowers. I adore the combination of green and purple-ish flowers.
I hope you'll find some time to get crafty today. The weather here in The Netherlands is absolutely perfect for it at the moment. Have a great day everybody!
