i have colored this sweet image from magnolia with distress markers, and embellished it with frantage!

i had so much fun playing with a lot of wild orchid crafts flowers and embellishments.

A Little Bit Of Vintage Shabby Chic

Morning everyone, Becky with you this morning with a card with a vintage image. I don't use these often, as I love to colour, but they do make gorgeous cards.

The image is from Pion Design, and the papers are from Maja Design, the edges have been distressed both with a tool and Walnut Stain ink.

Once again I have used mainly white flowers, with just a few coloured ones, just for the pop of colour. There are links to all of the WOC products that I have used at the end of the post.

Fullness Of Summer Cut Outs

Willow Heart

This willow heart had been sitting on my desk for a while waiting to be prettied up.  What better way to do this than with some delish Wild Orchid Crafts products?

The original colour was a rather grubby grey so I spray-painted with flat white paint several times then spritzed with pearl mist to give a light sheen.

The flowers and leaves were adhered with a glue gun

Spring on a card

Hello everyone
It's still cold outside, but I have spring on my mind. So I made another spring card to share with you. I made a watercolour background and then I used pastel WOC flowers to create spring bouquets.

I needed some light green leaves so I took white mulberry paper leaves and inked them with 'peeled paint' Distress Ink.

Then I sprinkled all leaves with water.

After drying with a hair dryer my leaves were ready to use.

ALTERED HEART BOX

Today I want to show you this altered box.

 

 

I painted the box with gesso and crackle paint.

 

 

 

I've painted on the outside and inside the box.

 

 

I used a rubber stamp from the Follow your heart collection from Stempelglede.

(Translated: Enjoy Life).
