Christmas Bell Ornament

Hi there, here’s another ornament, I am loving making these so much and have so many ideas for more.   I have used the SCD Christmas Moments sentiment set for the sentiments on the front and back of the ornament.  I thought the Peace Love Joy sentiment was just perfect for the design.

And another look at the flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts.  I used gold glitter glue on the flowers for a change.  I used a magnolia (my favourite flower at the moment), lilies, cosmos daisy, open roses, spiral stamens, and finished off with some rhinestones and tiny little pine cones that I picked up whilst out walking the dogs.

A very girly birthday card

Hello everybody,

Today I'd like to show you a very girly card that I made for my sister in law's birthday with a cute little bear named Bella by Conie Fong.

This is a gatefold card as you'll see on my last picture that will hold a giftcard or money. I wanted to go real girly so pink in the coloring and paper and of course gorgeous pink and white flowers and those gorgeous pink crownpins (you'll find links to the Wild Orchid Crafts products on the bottom of this post).

And a close up of the gorgeous flowers. Trellis roses, magnolias, open roses, rosebuds, fabric daisies, sweetheart blossoms and carnations on this picture and some cherry blossoms and cosmos daisies below.... a girly card has to have pretty flowers.

And finally the inside of the gatefold card. Behind the paper with the roses is a flap for a giftcard or money.

Happy birthday!

Hello everyone.
Today I would like to show you a birthday card.

I played with the form of this card. On the half of my card I added a long piece of paper, folded on 3 parts.

I added beautiful Wild Orchid Crafts flowers - magnolias, tea roses, apple blossoms and hip rosebuds.

Chalkboards for Christmas

A kinda different card from me today, using some Wild Orchid Crafts Christmas goodies to embellish.  See, even though (for me) this is a trendy card I still managed to frou-frou it up HA! 

I separated the poinsettia and misted with pearl spray, allowed to dry and then reassembled and finished it off with one of these delish flatback pearls in a diamond circle.  I love that the charcoal grey pops off the white flower and also ties in with the chalkboard sentiment.  I heat embossed a wooden reindeer, added a couple of bells and a small metal corner and job done.  I think this set will be getting heaps of use this year.
