Christmas frame

Hello, Monika here :)
Today I have for you my last Christmas inspiration - a Christmas frame decorated with  holly leaves, roses and Pretty Flori red flower.

Using holly leaves I made a wreath, then I added roses and big flower. Under the wreath I adhered a diecut painted gold and some vintage metal embellishments. As a final touch I added self adhesive pearls and some red beads.

Starry Christmas

Hello, crafty friends! It's Karen here. This month the designers were asked to step outside of our comfy zones and create in styles different than our typical. There are two I will be dabbling in and up first is my take on Clean and Simple! ♥️

For true CAS crafters, this may be viewed as too much... but coming from all out shabby chic with oodles of layering and texture, even *this* was challenging for me.
I created a Christmas bauble card, featuring pretty pearls, lace, and of course a few gorgeous flowers. Red and white aster daisies nestle beneath a sparkling Christmas rose. ♥️
My chipboard bauble hangs from a pearl string, which dangles from a white net lace border. I was super excited to see that the two largest stars on my bauble were the perfect match for WOC's pearl stars. I happy danced while adhering them! It was a nice way to incorporate texture without adding layers to the open card space.
As terrifying as this challenge was, I'm very excited about it! Who knew I could get this close to CAS? It may help during the Christmas rush that will be here before we know it. Thank you for visiting and I wish you a beautiful day! ♥️

Hugs,
Karen ♥️

Smile everyday layout by Mireille

Hi everyone! I hope you're having a great day! For today's layout, I created a cluster of flowers and other embellishments on the left side of my picture. I used one of my favorite color, navy blue. I think this color is so rich and more subtle than black. I love it paired with grays and pinks or in this case, browns.

Everlasting calendar

Hello everyone, Gunn-Eirill here.

Every morning my little daughter is asking: "Which date is it today".
She is really obsessed with that, so I made this everlasting calendar for
here so she can find it out here self.

The calendar is made of wood and I have used decopage glue to fasten the papers.

Translated from Norwegian:

All these days that just came and went, little did I know that they were life itself

Hello everyone, Gunn-Eirill here.

Today I want to show a gift box that I have made.
The box is a old cell phone box and it was perfect to use as a gift box. Premade boxes in Norway is quite expensive so it is nice to reuse this things.

I have taken a lot of picures of this box from different angles. so hold on and enjoy.
