I have a layout for you today where I played with the contrast between black and white and pink. I used two pictures, two patterned papers and a variety of flowers to emphasis the contrast. I must say that I love the result! Note how the ivory chipboard helps connect the two halves together. Why not gave it a try yourself?

Glass star ornement by Mireille

If I think about Christmas, the first thing that come to my mind is light: the lights in the tree, on the houses, the candles, etc. This is why I added LED inside my glass ornement to add warmth to my embellishments. Happy month of December to everyone! Are you ready for the Holidays? Do you still have time to craft during this busy time of the year? Do you make handmade gifts to your love ones? I hope you won't forget to add an handmade card to your gift, like the one i'm showing you today. This one is not for mass producing though because of the background, which was entirely stamped and colored by hand. A little time consuming but so worth it for that special someone in your life.

A peaceful autumn layout

Hi everyone! So glad to be with you again today with another project. I wanted to make a autumn's layout, but with a softer look than the usual red, orange and yellow colors. They are there, but muted and I added a teal color to balance them. And I LOVE the result! To add even more punch, I heat embossed the branches and the leaves. Probably one of my favorite layout recently :)
